1 General Provisions

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required and the wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus must be met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• You must wager 15 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit before making a withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; some games may not contribute toward meeting wagering requirements.

488bd has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your consistency and level of activity. 488bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms without prior notice.

5.4 Right to Cancel Promotions

488bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time. If a member violates bonus terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on 488bd are operated using fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and no manipulation is carried out on our part.

• If a game's outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical fault, the relevant round will be cancelled and bets will be returned.
• If a game stops mid-way and no result is determined, bets will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the decision of the dealer or host is considered final.
• For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sporting body will apply in determining the winner.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game software will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 488bd platform:

• Money laundering or gaming using funds from illegal sources.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support. If any outstanding bonus requirements have not been met at the time of closure, those bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled. However, any deposited principal funds that meet withdrawal eligibility will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability
